Shipping Time

Each garment is made-to-order just for you!

Production Time: 3-7 Business Days

Estimated Delivery Time: 12-21 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local holidays, or carrier delays.  Time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.  

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on: 

  • Destination Country
  • Package Weight 
  • Carrier Rates

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes determined by your country.  These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.  

Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address before completing your order.

If the address is incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at info@lilalienbae.com
  • If the order has not entered production, we may be able to update it
  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to modify the address

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has shipped, it is in the care of the selected carrier.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please: 

If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or your building office
  • Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
  • Contact your local carrier for additional details 

If the package is still missing, please email us at info@lilalienbae.com and we will assist you in filling a claim with the carrier.  

Please note, claim approvals are determined by the shipping carrier.  While we are not responsible for carrier-related issues, we will support you in resolving the matter whenever possible.  

Shipping Multiple Items

Causeless each piece is made to order, items within the same order may ship separately.

You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment once dispatched.  

 Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

For special releases and limited drops, estimated production and shipping timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.  

Pre-order fulfillment times may differ from standard made-to-order items.
