Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your lil alien bae™ piece!
Because each item is made-to-order, all sales are final. We do no offer refunds or size exchanges.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds for Damaged Items
We typically issue replacements rather than refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@lilalienbae.com within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement
To start a claim, please email info@lilalienbae.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or misprinted area
- A photo of the entire item
- A short description of the issue
Photo evidence is required for all replacement requests.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your building office
- Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
- Contact your local carrier or post office
If the package is still missing after these steps, email us at info@lilalienbae.com and we will help guide you through filing a claim.
Please note that once a packe is in the carrier's possession, delivery is outside of our control. Carrier claim approvals are not guaranteed, and replacements for lost or stolen packages cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Because each item begins production shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.
