Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We offer flate-rate shipping:

United States: $9.95

International: $16.95

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. No hidden fees.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes determined by your country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsiblity of the cutomer.

Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address before completing your order.

If the address is incorrect:

If the order has not entered production, we may be able to update it
If the order has already shipped, we are unable to modify the address

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has shipped, it is in the care of the selected carrier.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not recied your package, please:

If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

Check with neighbors or your building office
Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
Contact your local carrier for additional details

If the package is still missing, pleae email us at info@lilalienbae.com and we will assist you in filling a claim with the carrier.

Please note: Caim approvals are determined by the shipping carrier. While we are not responsible for carrier-related issues, we will support you in resolving the matter whenever possible.
